Return Process

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip to help us process your request faster.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
